Ingredients:

Tenofovir alafenamide (administered as Tenofovir alafenamide fumarate 28.05 mg)

Excipients:

Lactose monohydrate, Microcrystalline cellulose 112, croscarmello sodium, corn starch, magnesium stearate, opadry AMB II, yellow iron ocyd, ect. just enough for 1 tablet.

Assign:

Treatment of chronic hepatitis B in adults and adolescents (from12 years and above with a weight of 35 kg).

Packing:

- Box of 03 blisters x 10 film-coated tablets, Alu - Alu blisters, with instruction sheet. - Box of 06 blisters x 10 film-coated tablets, Alu - Alu blisters, with instruction sheet.

Preservation:

Amount use

For adults and adolescents (from 12 years old and above with a weight of 35kg): Take 1 tablet / time x 1 time / day. Should be taken at the same time of day. For oral administration, the drug should be taken with food.

Contraindications:

Do not use Pharcavir for patients who are allergic to the active ingredient or any of its substances.

Careful and informed

- Patients with decompensated cirrhosis. - Exacerbation of liver disease. - CKD. - Renal toxicity. - Patients infected with hepatitis B and hepatitis C or D at the same time. - Patients infected with hepatitis B and HIV simultaneously. - Concomitant use with other products: products containing tenofovir alafenamide, tenofovir disoproxil fumarate or adefovir dipivoxil, antiepileptic drugs, products containing lactose, potent inhibitors of P-gp (e.g. itraconazole and ketoconazole).
