Amount use

- Usual dose in adults: 1 time/day with food. - Dose in people with liver and kidney failure: according to specific instructions of the doctor before use.

Contraindications:

- Patients who are sensitive or allergic to Tenofovir. - Patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the drug. - Do not use in patients with end-stage renal failure (creatine clearance less than 15 mL/min).

Careful and informed

- Lactic acidosis/ Severe hepatomegaly with liver fat. - Acute exacerbation of hepatitis B after discontinuation of treatment. - Risk of HIV-1 drug resistance in patients coinfected with HBV and HIV-1. - Decreasing renal function aggravates existing diseases.
