Excipients:

Microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone K-30, vitamin C, super white talc, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium, instacoat universal A05R00959.

Assign:

- Symptomatic treatment of irritable bowel and diarrhea (IBS-D) in adults. - Reduce recurrence of hepatic encephalopathy in patients 18 years of age and older.

Amount use

Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea: The recommended dose of REFIX - 550 is 1 tablet 3 times a day for 14 days. Patients with recurrent symptoms can continue treatment in a double period with the same dosing regimen. Hepatic encephalopathy: The recommended dose of REFIX - 550 is 1 tablet x 2 times/day.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to rifaximin, rifamycin derivatives or any of the excipients. Cases of bowel obstruction.

Careful and informed

Use in children. Use in the elderly. Diarrhea caused by Clostridium difficile. CKD. Patients with severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh C). Develop drug-resistant bacteria.
