Job description
Personnel recruitment: searching for candidates, interviewing, reporting to the leadership, completing recruitment procedures in accordance with the process;
Implement procedures for receiving and monitoring the results of probationary evaluation of new employees;
Support Training (Integration Training, Internal/External Training, etc.) as assigned.
Monitor, update and manage employee records;
Carry out all procedures related to personnel such as: notices/decisions; timekeeping, salary calculation, bonus and other remuneration regimes in accordance with the company's regulations; Monitor and resolve social insurance - health insurance benefits for employees, ect.
Take care of the lives of company employees.
1.2. Administrative work:
Support in making contracts with partners;
Organize, store and manage the entire system of official documents, contracts and other documents of the company;
Coordinate with other departments to perform some logistics tasks, such as organizing company parties, organizing company travel programs, etc.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
2.1. Education:
Graduate from college or higher;
Prefer candidates majoring in human resource management.
2.2. Experience:
Prefer 1 year or more experience in a similar position.
2.3. Professional knowledge and other skills:
Clearly know Labor Law, Law on Social Insurance;
Be proficient in office informatics: Word, Excel.
2.4. Other requirements:
Have a high sense of responsibility, carefulness, principles, work under pressure;
Be honest, keep information confidential;
Competently solve problems, including the ability to identify problems and provide timely solutions;
Have communication and listening skills;
Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with company employees and management.
